Food at Jackie’s On The Reef

 

All of our foods are prepared with love on an open wood burning stove.

We serve an eclectic offering of fresh healthy foods derived from classical Jamaican, Indian, Chinese and Creole cuisines.

 

 

The chicken and fish are grilled. – Vegetarian meals are also served. – If you choose to fast, fresh juices are available.

No dairy producst are used. Seasonal vegetables and herbs are grown in our own garden. No hard alcohol, we wish to assist you to
clean your mind body and spirit.

Breakfast Menu:

Ackee, Grits, Johnny Cakes, Papaya, Pineapple, Banana, Sweet Basil Tea

Lunch Menu:

Grilled chicken salad with organic greens, seaweed salad and lilies, served with a mustard teriyaki dressing. Enjoy with a limeade or smoothie.

Dinner Menu:

Steamed coconut fish, steamed broccoli, basmati rice, and our white salad with honey lemon dressing.
